Develop and implement Project Quality Plan, and Inspection and Test Plan
Inspect and monitor the construction quality of work of Suppliers in accordance with our Quality Plan, Supplier/contractor’s method of statements, and inspection and test
Ensure that Project Inspection procedures and Schedule are up-to-date, and duly implemented
Review, coordinate, and accept all Supplier/contractor’s deliverables as detailed in the Document Index such as quality plans, inspection and test plans, method statements,
Ensure that the Supplier/Contractors Quality Control records reflect the items in the inspection and test plan
Check all documents, all incoming materials and items purchased for the project
Supervise and ensure all subcontractors perform according to the quality and programme specified in the subcontracts.
Attend Site acceptance test, coordination meeting with subcontractors, Ad hoc inspection request
Monitor and ensure that a comprehensive record of documentation and certification of work is maintained and to support a satisfactory handover of the completed work s to
Check all documents and works done at site to ensure that the specified quality is met
Update and maintain all site documents and reports
Liaise with the subcontractor to ensure the requirements are met
Plan and review contractors’ method statements and inspection and test plans
Support project HSE campaign
Support commissioning activities
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical Engineering; or able to demonstrate the right level of technical experience
2-3 years of related working experiences
Familiar with M&E Equipment and materials for power plant
Self-motivated and with excellent communication skills are required
