Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :
  • Project Management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects
  • Assemble, coordinate project staffs and provide direction and support to project team
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Monitor and report on progressof projects to stakeholders
  • Present report defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals requirements documentation and presentations
  • Attend site meeting with main contractor, consultant and client
  • Monitor and follow up construction progress and progress claims
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of project
  • Liase with site staffs, supervisors, foreman and suppliers
  • Support project HSE campaign
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of related working experiences
  • Self-motivated and with excellent communication skills are required
