Project Manager
Job Responsibilities :
- Project Management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects
- Assemble, coordinate project staffs and provide direction and support to project team
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Monitor and report on progressof projects to stakeholders
- Present report defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals requirements documentation and presentations
- Attend site meeting with main contractor, consultant and client
- Monitor and follow up construction progress and progress claims
- Ensure timely delivery and execution of project
- Liase with site staffs, supervisors, foreman and suppliers
- Support project HSE campaign
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent
- 3-5 years of related working experiences
- Self-motivated and with excellent communication skills are required
